Hijabi Skin Care Part 1
Since winter is looming just around the corner it’s time to start thinking about ways to protect your skin from cold weather. I will give you some easy recipes that you can do it yourself at home and without cost … all the ingredients are in your kitchen!

After a long day of work your face need to take a rest and a refresh to maintain your beauty for longer time …

#1 The first receipt is the easiest one we need just two ingredients!!! Applicable for all types of skin:
- 2 egg whites placed in a bowl
- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
Separate the egg whites from a couple eggs and place them in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt (do not use flavored yogurt!). Mix them up and apply to face. Leave on face for a few minutes then rinse face in warm water, followed by a warm washcloth.
It’s cleaner and fresher try it 😉
#2 The second one is for all types of skin too, it’s a solution after wash very simple and effective we need :
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups of water
after you wash your face, mix 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with 2 cups water as a finishing rinse to cleanse and tighten your skin.
You can also create a homemade facial mask by mixing 1/4 cup cider vinegar with 1/4 cup water. Gently apply the solution to your face and let it dry.
#3 The third one is for oily skin and its ingredients are available in this season although it smells good!
We need one banana preferably ripe (you can keep ripe bananas in the freezer. Let it thaw before using) ,2 tablespoons of honey,1 orange or a lemon
Mash up the banana, then mix in the honey. For best results, put the ingredients in a blender.
Add a few drops of juice from an orange or a lemon.
Apply to face for 15 minutes before rinsing with a cool washcloth or a steaming warm washcloth. Follow with your regular moisturizer
This receipt make the skin soft and clean 😉
#4 The Fourth one is for dry skin
Avocado is an excellent choice for making homemade face masks for dry skin, as it contains a lot of oils.
We need ½ very ripe, soft avocado,¼ cup honey
Mash the avocado in a bowl, then stir in honey. Apply to skin and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse face with a cool washcloth.
#5 This fifth receipt is also for dry skin, it is also recommended for use on the body as well, which is helpful if you suffer from dry skin all over.
We need 2 tablespoons real mayonnaise,1 teaspoon baby oil
Combine both ingredients.
Smooth on to face, neck, rough elbows and knees or anywhere else you feel might benefit from it. Leave for 20 minutes. Rinse and you’ve done!
